Calculates carbon intensity metrics (tCO2e per unit, per revenue, per weight). Identifies emission hotspots using Pareto analysis of supplier contributions. Models logistics route alternatives comparing carbon and cost trade-offs. Analyzes modal shift opportunities (sea vs. air, rail vs. truck) with transit time impacts.
